Overview

• The project
  • ISLE is a multinational initiative aiming at the standardization of linguistic resources and tools. It is a continuation of standardization work undertaken in the EAGLES project.
  • ISLE is an IST project under FP-5 (an Accompanying Action).
    ISLE is coordinated by ILC Pisa, an institute of CNR.
  • Areas of work of ISLE:
    • Multilingual lexicons (MILE)
    • Evaluation and Assessment
    • Multimodal Natural Interactivity (NIMM). IMS is mainly active in the NIMM group
