Getting to the Uni

 ...FROM STUTTGART AIRPORT

Take either the S-Bahn (metro) S2 -direction Schorndorf or the S3 -direction Backnang and get off at HAUPTBAHNHOF. When you get off the train turn left and take the exit at the very end of the station. Follow the signs LAUTENSCHLAGERSTRASSE. Once you leave the underground area turn right into KRONENSTRASSE, walk straight ahead, cross the big street (FRIEDRICHSTRASSE) and turn left. Walk past the furniture shop on your right and turn right into GESCHWISTER-SCHOLL-STRASSE. Then you will already see the twin buildings of the University in front of you. The right one is KEPLERSTRASSE 17 where most of the talks will take place.

...FROM THE MAIN STATION

Leave the station by the North exit (NORDAUSGANG) which is on your right as you leave the platform area. Immediately outside the station turn left and go down the stairs to the underpass. Turn right and walk straight ahead until you come to the KULTURPLATZ. Turn right and then immediately left, and then walk along KRIEGSBERGSTRASSE until you have the Katharinenhospital on your right. The University buildings are opposite the hospital. Cross the street and you will face KEPLERSTRASSE 17, where most of the talks will take place.
