Current Work
I am a research assistant working in the machine translation project
Verbmobil, subproject "Translation". The
contents of my work are designing and implementing an ADT
interface for several linguistic submodules of the
Verbmobil prototype and also developing the "IMS
Transfer System". Both programs are mainly realized in Prolog.
During the summer semester '97 I co-taught a computational
linguistics course (IMS local link) and a course
on the dialog system "Verbmobil" (IMS local link). During
the winter semester '97/'98 and '98/'99 I taught a Prolog
programming course (IMS local link).
