We would like to congratulate IMS PhD student
Enrica Troiano, who received the bi-yearly prize
awarded by the German Society for CL< (GSCL)
for an excellent PhD thesis in the field.
The prize was awarded, and the thesis presented,
at KONVENS 2024 in Vienna, on Sept 12.
Enrica’s thesis is titled "Where are Emotions in Text? A Human-based and
Computational Investigation of Emotion Recognition and Generation” and

The advisers were Roman Klinger and Sebastian Padó.
