Major update of the ICARUS software

Bug fixes, speedups, and new functionality (coreference and error mining).

The ICARUS framework has undergone a number of updates including new functionality for visualization of coreference assignments [0] as well as automatic error mining on manually annotated treebanks for part-of-speech and dependency syntax [1]. Moreover, several bug fixes and speedups to the dependency tree search and visualization have been made. For more information check the papers below, or the ICARUS page.
